For the chocolate cover:
1 Cup Pecan Nuts
20 Medjool Dates
2 tbls Coconut Oil
1 tblsp Agave Syrup
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
For the center:
¼ Cup Oats
¼ Cup Almonds
½ tsp Sea Salt
3/4 cup Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Agave Syrup
1st: Prepare the center
- Ground the almonds & oats
- Mix all ingredients
- Roll little peanut butter balls & place them in the freezer
2nd: The cover
- Ground the pecan nuts and roast them in a pan
- Cut the medjool dates into small pieces, add the rest of the ingredients for the cover and knead it until it becomes a dough like texture
- Take the peanut butter balls out of the freezer, Make small thin carpet like layers with the chocolate- date mix and cover each peanut butter ball with a layer of the chocolate- date dough
- Place your chocolate covered peanut butter balls in the freezer and wait about 1.5 hrs
