20 Medjool Dates
¼ Cup Pecan Nuts
¼ Cup Brazil Nuts
½ Cup Popped Brown Rice
1 Tblsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tbslp Maca Powder
1 Tblsp Coconut oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
- place the brazil and pecan nuts in a mixer and grind them shortly so that they are cut into small pieces
- cut the medjool dates into small pieces
- heat the coconut oil up in a pan so that it becomes liquid
- mix all ingredients, form balls with the mixture and place them in the freezer
