Peanutbutter- Banana Cookies
4 ripe Bananas
1 Cup Peanut butter
1.5 Cups Steel Cut Oats
2 Tblsp Chia seeds
1 Tblsp Coconut oil
1 Tsp. Baking powder
2 Tblsp Water
- mash the bananas
- mix all ingredients
- form cookies and place them on a baking tray
- bake for 25 minutes, 160 degrees
