Bliss and Joy: The Real Goal of Yoga

What they know as yoga are the asanas (bodily postures) and maybe meditation. What most people don’t know is that yoga is so much more than that. Yoga is an integrative and thorough approach towards a healthy and joyous life respecting the self, others, and nature. Thanks to its integrity it is so helpful in balancing our intense and mind-loaded lifestyle.
