The morning is a very special time of the day. It is an opportunity for a fresh new start, an opportunity to live another day, structure it the way you want, and make choices that allow you to feel good with your self. The way we start our day strongly influences the rest of our day. Allow the beginning of your day to inspire you for the hours ahead. In this post I will introduce you to such a morning routine. The Importance of Adaptability in Living a Fulfilling Life

‘It is not the strongest of the species, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable.’- Charles Darwin

Two of the things we can be sure about in life are changes and surprises. In psychological coaching we talk a lot about the helpful role of goal setting with determination and flexibility for a happy life, preparing where we want to head and how we can get there. We need light and darkness, happiness and sadness, determination and laziness…. The tricky part is that stability and balance aren’t necessarily achieved by including equal parts of each side.

In exactly a week Marcos and me are flying to India for two months, doing many different yoga courses and travelling. Before I embark on this new adventure I want to share with you some of the insights I had on our honeymoon in Africa in October. We visited South Africa, Mozambique, Zambia, and Botswana. The wilderness of Botswana has been one of the most impressive and inspiring places for me so far. Being in a pure untouched environment where nature works in harmony made me think and reflect a lot.
